The evolution of BAM began over 30 years ago in an independent network of broadcast television stations which targeted an elusive, highly desirable audience... Leisure and Business Travelers. The Destination Network created their own unique original local content. The line between commercial and editorial programming was intentionally blurred; an advertisers message might be a traditional :30 spot or a five minute story. No traffic system existed to manage this "revolutionary" new approach to advertising and programming.
